
Rode up to the new Norwich skatepark at Eaton Park today to see how its coming along. Looks like the finishing date of May could be within in grasp, with most of the coping in place and concrete already laid on the horizontal sections. More photos below.

Not sure on when, there is a big sign on the fence, however can’t remember what it said. Sam at Drift will probably have an idea.

Spoke to Sam the other day – the ETA is mid-May but as with all these projects its probably wise to allow for a couple weeks delay. Should be all done and open to the public by the first week in June woohoo!

is the old park still open? back in norwich at the weekend and if the weather is good wouldnt mind having a roll around

The old park is closed at the moment, being used a storage area for materials by the look of it.

ash is correct. should be mid may but will likely run over. i takes a while for the concrete to harden properly so it will look finished before it’s actually skateable. any further news i get will be posted up at drugstoreskateboarding.com
